A week of fun, culture, and urban celebration. This is how the Czechowice-Dziedzice Days began.

Today, Czechowice-Dziedzice Days are mainly associated with a big stage, concerts of popular artists, and a weekend full of attractions. However, when the tradition of the city celebration was born over half a century ago, it looked completely different. The first Czechowice-Dziedzice Days took place in May 1974 and lasted for a week. They were not only a fair but a true showcase of the city’s life – its workplaces, schools, social organizations, artistic groups, athletes, and residents.
