On April 11, 2008, a commission consisting of:

Roman Wałodarski – Manager of the City Communication Plant P.U.K. “SANiKO” Sp. z o.o., conducted an inspection of public transport stops in the city of Myszków.
The owner of the bus stop equipment is the “SANiKO” Communal Services Company Sp. z o. o. – the contractor for passenger transport services by public transport in Myszków. The inspection covered all public transport stops, amounting to 180 in total (27 stops are equipped with shelters).
During the inspection, it was found that one of the 180 stops, located on Al. Wolności – Hospital, is the most devastated stop in the city. This stop was described in the local newspaper “Kurier Jurajski”. During the visit, it was observed that the trash can was torn out, the shelter window was broken, the remaining windows were covered in posters and remnants of old posters, the stop was littered with alcohol bottles, beer cans, and papers. The “SANiKO” company is well aware of this stop. Repairs to the stop equipment and glass replacement are often carried out at this stop.
The second most frequently devastated stop is located on Osińska Góra, near the hospital. The shelter windows were broken and the trash can was stolen.
The remaining stops are generally well-maintained, although the shelters located in the city center are covered in posters. Shelters located on the outskirts of the city are clean with minimal traces of posters. Some stops lack trash cans and benches (stolen) as well as new D15 signs. Additionally, some installed bins require cleaning or renovation.
The stops located on the outskirts of the city, such as in the areas of Mrzygłód, Bandusz, are in the best technical and orderly condition. The stop located on Pułaskiego Street, towards the Bandusz district at the Vocational School Complex, has been renovated and equipped with a trash bin and a timetable as recommended by the Mayor of the City. During the inspection, the absence of a bench was noted, which was stolen, and the repeated damage to the walls of the brick stop.
The stop located on the opposite side was supposed to be renovated and equipped with the missing equipment by PKS. However, to date, PKS has done nothing to change the appearance of this stop.
Generally, the bus stops not belonging to “SANiKO” from which other carriers operate within the city are in very poor condition. These stops are devastated, dirty, littered, not equipped with trash cans, benches, and bus stop poles with D15 signs. Many of these stops have damaged structures and are overgrown with bushes, e.g. the stop near Potasznia.
After the inspection, the City Office obliged the “SANiKO” Company to remove all irregularities in maintaining the bus stops and to strictly adhere to the contract conditions for providing passenger transport services by city buses within the city of Myszków.
The City Office conducts successive controls on the implementation of the contract, from which post-inspection reports are drawn up. As a result of the post-inspection recommendations issued by the City Office, the “SANiKO” Company carried out a series of works and incurred quite substantial expenses to improve the equipment and aesthetics of the bus stops.

Partial repairs of asphalt surfaces of municipal roads in Myszków
The Road and Bridge Construction Company “MYSZKÓW” is carrying out works related to the repair of bituminous surfaces of municipal roads in Myszków according to the concluded contract.
Partial repairs of roadways have been carried out on the following streets: Jedwabna (reconstruction of the crossing), Krótka, Modrzejewska, Plac Dworcowy, 3 Maja, Plac Dworcowy, 1 Maja, Spółdzielcza, Kościelna, Strażacka, Polna, Spółdzielcza, Kwiatkowskiego, Jana Pawła II, Wyszyńskiego.
Repair of gravel surfaces of municipal roads in Myszków
The contractor – the company “KAFAWOX” – has completed the repair of gravel surfaces of the following streets: Nierada, Chopina, Porębska, Budowlana, Chmurna, Ogrodowa, Staszica and has begun the repair of Wesoła Street. A section of the road leading to Kolonia Remby is currently under repair.
Cleaning of street drains, roadside drains, and rainwater manholes in municipal areas
Since April 9, 2008, cleaning of street drains, roadside drains, and rainwater manholes has been carried out in municipal areas. The service provider is the Water and Sewage Company Sp. z o. o. ul. Powstańców 13, 41-300 Dąbrowa Górnicza. During the period covered by the information, the cleaning of the following street drains was carried out:

Elimination of illegal waste dumps
An agreement has been prepared for the elimination of illegal waste dumps. The agreement will be concluded with SANiKO Sp. z o.o. in Myszków. The service consists of collecting, loading, transporting to a disposal site, and disposing of waste. In 2008, the Myszków Municipality allocated 25,000 PLN for this service.
