Two vehicles collided head-on on provincial road 746. The incident happened around 6 a.m. According to Krzysztof Bernat from the Koneck Police, preliminary findings suggest that the 22-year-old driver of the Audi fell asleep at the wheel, crossed onto the opposite lane, and collided with the properly driving Renault, driven by a 64-year-old man.
Both drivers were sober. The driver of the Audi and the passenger of the Renault were taken to the hospital in Końskie. Traffic disruptions may last until approximately 9 a.m.
