According to Article 28aa of the Act of March 8, 1990 on local government (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 506), the Mayor of the City of Myszków presents to the City Council in Myszków a Report on the state of the Municipality of Myszków for the year 2018 by May 31, 2019.
The report includes a summary of the mayor’s activities in the previous year. During the debate on the Report on the state of the Municipality of Myszków for the year 2018, councillors and residents of the municipality have the opportunity to speak.
A resident who wishes to speak in the debate is required to submit a written application, supported by the signatures of at least 50 persons, to the Chairman of the City Council in Myszków.
According to paragraph 8 of Article 28aa of the Act on local government, “The application shall be submitted no later than the day preceding the session during which the report on the state of the municipality is to be presented. Residents will be allowed to speak by the Chairman of the City Council in order of application.”
The session at which the Report on the state of the Municipality of Myszków will be presented will take place on June 27, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. Therefore, applications will be accepted until June 26, 2019, at 3:30 p.m. at the City Hall of Myszków in the Office of the City Council, room 219 (2nd floor).
