The new waste management law applies not only to individuals, but also to entrepreneurs, owners of commercial and public utility facilities. They must provide contracts and invoices for waste collection.
The Municipal Guard has been inspecting commercial facilities, and has now started inspections in households, which involve verifying declarations against the actual number of residents. So far, administrative proceedings have been initiated in relation to four properties. Households on the following streets will be subject to inspection: Kościuszki, Jedwabna, Cmentarna, Nieradza and Krasickiego.
