The Mayor of the City of Myszków reminds about the obligation to exchange identity cards that have expired or will soon expire. The ID card is valid for 10 years from the date of issue (or 5 years in the case of IDs issued for minors issued before 01.03.2015).
The expiration date of the ID card can be checked in the bottom right corner of the page with the photo (in the place marked in the photo below).
An application for the exchange of an ID card must be submitted no later than 30 days before the expiration of the validity period of the current ID card. The application should be submitted in person at the City Hall in Myszków in room 157 or through the obywatel.gov.pl website (for individuals with an electronic signature confirmed by a trusted ePUAP profile).
We would like to remind you that the lack of a valid identity document may result in the inability to confirm identity in various institutions or to handle matters, for example in a bank. ID cards are issued free of charge.
