“Coal keeps us alive. Experts do not spare criticism on the government’s transformation plan.”

– If it wasn’t for mining and coal, today we would be sitting in the dark, not discussing the consequences that we and the entire economy would be experiencing – stated Professor Władysław Mielczarski from the Łódź University of Technology, an authority in the field of power engineering, in Katowice. He was supported by Dr. Artur Bartoszewicz from the Warsaw School of Economics. The experts unanimously assessed that the implementation of the government’s energy transformation plan will lead to a catastrophe, and attempts to carry it out will result in blackouts and destabilization of the energy system.
