The Municipality of Myszków has completed the construction of additional, after the ones built in 2018, 16 social housing apartments at Kościuszki Street, this time municipal apartments.
Two segments were built at 32 Millenium Street, and the final inspection took place on February 16th. The building has 14 residential units of approximately 50 square meters each. The apartments have gas heating, equipped with a gas kitchen, sink with cabinet, bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, and a dual-function gas boiler. They have internet and TV sockets. Two of these apartments are adapted for people with disabilities. On the ground floor, there are two commercial spaces, one will be a branch of the Polish Post, the other is still looking for a tenant.
The total cost of the project is 5,777,000.00 PLN. We obtained funding from the BGK in the amount of 3,337,938.60 PLN. Soon, the buildings will be filled with new tenants.
