Along with the annual tax correspondence, every property owner has received or will receive a Declaration of the waste management fee for the property where residents live, as well as information about the functioning of the new municipal waste management system.
In response to numerous inquiries regarding how to fill out the declaration and the specific rates for municipal waste collection as indicated in the informational leaflet, I would like to inform you that:
– the declaration applies only to properties with buildings inhabited by residents, so owners of single-family homes are required to submit it, while in multi-family buildings (apartments) it will be submitted by the administrator or another entity managing the property.
– a lower fee per resident – will be the fee for properties where waste separation is carried out in the manner specified in the “Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Myszków.” In addition to segregated waste, this fee will also cover the collection of unsortable mixed municipal waste stored in containers.
– a higher fee per resident – will be the fee for properties where municipal waste is not separated and only mixed municipal waste is generated.
The above rates should not be summed up! The actual amount of fees will only be known after the tender is awarded.
Completed declarations should be submitted to the City Hall in Myszków, in room no. 2 – the Reception Office. I have set up a consultation point where employees will provide explanations during the declaration submission period. The point is located on the ground floor of the City Hall and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
