The State District Sanitary Inspector in Myszków appeals not to take any substances of unknown origin and unknown chemical composition. Manufacturers continuously modify the chemical composition of designer drugs. Often, due to the synthetic cannabinoids contained in them, these substances turn out to be deadly to the body. All dangerous substances are offered for sale solely for profit, and the damage caused to human bodies proves to be irreversible. Let’s pay attention to the behavior of our loved ones, changes in mood and well-being, bliss, euphoria, hallucinations, sometimes depression, apathy, and delusions are the most common effects of experimenting with designer drugs. As a result of ingesting various substances from the so-called designer drugs group, there is an increase in blood pressure, tachycardia, eye congestion, motor coordination disorders, dizziness, attention disorders, and mucosal dryness. Taking substances containing synthetic cannabinoids causes permanent changes in the function of the central nervous system. The use of cannabinoids results in acute changes in the respiratory system with inflammatory states, coughing, chronic bronchitis, and disturbances in the function of the circulatory system, especially threatening individuals with ischemic heart disease. I appeal to parents to pay particular attention to the environment in which children are staying, closely observing their behaviors. Finding plant material in a child’s home or clothing may be a sign that they are using designer drugs or other intoxicants.
