We invite the residents of the Bydgoszcz Wschód – Siernieczek housing estate to participate in the elections to the Estate Council. The Estate Council is not only about discussing problems, but also an opportunity for joint actions. From organizing fairs and picnics, through initiating sidewalk renovations, to taking care of greenery.
