Tczew criminal investigators have arrested two men aged 62 and 63. The men are suspected of making payments with someone else’s payment card. They mainly used it to purchase cigarettes and alcohol, which they subsequently consumed together. The victim estimated the losses at nearly 180 Polish zloty. Yesterday, the men heard a total of 8 accusations. This crime carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison.
