Bielsko-Biała, the First Polish Capital of Culture 2026, once again marked its presence on the international cultural map. From July 27-31, the Song and Dance Ensemble “Beskid” from the Municipal House of Culture Włókniarzy represented the city during the XXIII International Dance and Song Festival “Le Spiagge d’Italia” in Italy.
