The District of Myszków and the Ronald McDonald Foundation invite children to undergo preventive ultrasound examinations. Upon the initiative of the District Board in Myszków, on September 28-29, 2018, the Ronald McDonald Foundation will conduct ultrasound examinations for children aged 9 months to 6 years in Myszków.
The examinations are safe, painless, and free of charge. All costs related to the campaign are covered by the District of Myszków.
To participate in the ultrasound examination, you will need to register your child by calling 882 732 590. Registrations will be accepted from September 17, 2018, from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm. The order of applications will determine acceptance for the ultrasound examinations. Participation in the examination without registration will not be possible. Children living in the District of Myszków will be able to benefit from the ultrasound examinations. The number of places is limited. Doctors will be available in the Foundation’s ambulance, which will be located in the parking lot in front of the District Office building in Myszków, at 6 Pułaskiego Street.
Upon the invitation from the Ronald McDonald Foundation to cooperate with the DKMS Foundation, an additional action “Day of Marrow Donor with the Ronald McDonald Foundation” will be conducted. The action will involve organizing the registration of potential marrow donors during the visit of the ambulance and ultrasound examinations.
The mission of the DKMS Foundation is to find a donor for every patient worldwide in need of an unrelated donor stem cell transplant.
