The Collegial Disciplinary Court of Law and Justice decided on Thursday, August 13th to expel 38 members of parliament and 2 senators associated with the parliamentary club Development Plus from the party. Among them was MP Grzegorz Puda from Bielsko-Biała. The decision is significant because as late as the end of July, the parliamentarian strongly asserted that he had not resigned from membership in PiS.
