On December 19th, another “Christmas Fair” took place at the City Cultural Center. Among the exhibitors were schools, community self-help houses, and craftsmen. You could buy an original Christmas gift, and a unique angel would surely decorate many interiors.
In the evening, the annual carol concert was held featuring our bands and soloists. But before the first sounds of Christmas carols rang out, as every year, the Mayor of the City, Włodzimierz Żak, lit up 3 Maja Street, and together with deputy Iwona Franelak, they handed out gifts to the gathered crowd, including t-shirts and the “Myszkowskie Notebooks,” the latest historical publication of the City Office concerning Myszkow.
“I wish for all your dreams to come true, for the holiday season to be full of unique magic, and for the New Year to bring the best surprises,” said Mayor Żak before the concert began. And then the beautiful melodies flowed, making Christmas right around the corner.
