On March 20th at the “Dotyk Jury” Sports Complex, the “III Run for Health” spring edition took place. The race started at 10:00 and participants could complete 1, 2, or 3 laps (each lap was 3 km). The rankings were not important, as the idea behind the monthly runs in Myszków is to attract as many people who enjoy physical activity as possible.
Among the race participants was also the Mayor of Myszków, Włodzimierz Żak. After the race, participants could warm up by the bonfire and enjoy a hot tea prepared by the organizers of the running series – MOSiR Myszków.
The culmination of the entire running event was the drawing of the main prize in the form of a microwave oven, as well as additional prizes provided by sponsors such as vouchers for free car wash, entry to the pool or gym at MOSiR Myszków, vouchers for a meal at the new restaurant at MOSiR Myszków. All participants who filled out a statement at the race office before the start took part in the draw.
The Myszków Municipal Sports and Recreation Center invites you to the next “IV Run for Health,” which will take place on April 24th at 18:00, also at the “Dotyk Jury” and PZU Health Tracks (participants must have their own lighting equipment).

JUNE 12 – XXXVII INTERNATIONAL RUN V STAWÓW (electronic registration is open until June 8)
JUNE 19 – DUATHLON (3 km run + 10 km bike + 3 km run)
