The Regional Office of the Silesian Voivodeship in Brussels is organizing an information day on March 28th in the Column Hall of the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodeship: “Sources of financing for SMEs in the new financial perspective 2014-2020”. Small and medium-sized enterprises play a key role in ensuring economic growth and employment in the European Union. There are around 23 million of them, providing about 75 million jobs and accounting for 99% of all businesses.
With the implementation of the new strategy of the European Commission for the years 2010-2020, the so-called “Europe 2020” and the new programming period for 2014-2020, the implementation of projects related to environmental protection, innovation and new technologies, as well as projects promoting the development of renewable energy sources, plays a very important role.
The Regional Office of the Silesian Voivodeship in Brussels is once again organizing a seminar on the possibilities of obtaining funds for SMEs. During the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to learn about available European programs such as Horizon 2020, Life, COSME.
The seminar will be attended by experts from the National Fund for Environmental Protection, the National Contact Point for Research Programs at the European Union, the Upper Silesian Regional Development Agency, the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodeship, and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
