The Hunting Club “ROKITA” from Brzeg Dolny, the Hunting Club “REMIZA” from Wołow, the Hunting Club “Daniel” from Wołow, and the Hunting Club “Odyniec” from the Wrocław District have submitted information to the Municipal Office in Brzeg Dolny regarding the planned dates for collective hunting in the 2024/2025 season. The owner, possessor, or manager of the land may submit an objection to the mayor with justification, no later than 3 days before the planned start of collective hunting. In the objection, the owner, possessor, or manager of the land should indicate the property by providing the exact address, and in cases where there is no such address – the cadastral number and precinct. The mayor promptly informs the lessee or manager of the hunting ground of the objection raised by the owner, possessor, or manager of the land regarding the organized collective hunting, providing them with the objection and justification. The lessee or manager of the hunting ground takes into account the objection when organizing collective hunting if carrying out the hunting would pose a threat to the safety or lives of people. The lessee or manager of the hunting ground is obliged to mark the area of the hunting with warning signs before the planned start of collective hunting. Announcements with the dates of the hunts have been published in the Public Information Bulletin of the Municipal Office in Brzeg Dolny.
