The regional celebrations of the National Independence Day in Gorzów began with singing the Polish anthem and laying flowers at the monument of Marshal Józef Piłsudski. The residents of Gorzów took part in a solemn ceremony and military picnic at Grunwaldzki Square, but also in tree planting and a basketball tournament, related to the holiday.
