Zamojski City Council invites you to celebrate the 105th anniversary of Poland’s independence. The main festivities are planned for November 11th, but there are also various accompanying events. Please find the detailed program below.
NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE DAY – ZAMOŚĆ NOVEMBER 11, 2023
10:00 am – Independence March from the Józef Piłsudski Monument to Rynek Wielki
11:00 am – Official City Council Session in the Consulatus Hall of Zamość Town Hall
12:00 pm – Holy Mass for the Homeland at Zamość Cathedral
1:15 pm – Patriotic Manifestation in Rynek Wielki

November 11th at 2:00 pm – 6th Motorcycle Parade on the occasion of National Independence Day. Gathering of motorcyclists at the Luneta parking lot (1:30 pm). Direct entry to Rynek Wielki after the patriotic ceremony.

November 11th at 11:00 am – Pavilion under the Curtain – “Who Are You? Little Polish!” – educational activities for children aged 6-12 in the Pavilion under the Curtain.

The Museum of Fortifications and Weapons Arsenal (ul. Zamkowa 2) and the Zamojskie Museum (ul. Ormiańska 30) are open for visitors from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Stefan Miller Zoological Garden invites visitors from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Facilities of the Zamojski Center for Sport and Recreation (including the Indoor Swimming Pool at ul. Zamoyskiego 62a) are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Zamojskie Tourist and Historical Information Center is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
On November 11th, the entrance to the Tourist Route in the Cellars of the Town Hall for individual tourists is at 2:00 pm.
