In the case of two complex projects carried out by the Municipality of Myszków, both received a positive formal and substantive assessment, which results in our residents receiving 85% funding for solar panels and photovoltaics.
As for solar panels, this is already our second project. In the previous “allocation”, we were one of three municipalities in the Silesian Voivodeship that decided to participate in this pioneering initiative. As a result, 661 households in the city are benefiting from solar energy.
In this edition, we also decided to participate in the photovoltaic project. A positive assessment in both competitions gives our residents the opportunity to have cheaper electricity and hot water.
457 residents will benefit from solar installations, while 245 will benefit from photovoltaics. In both cases, the funding is at the same level as the previous project, which is 85%. We have already signed agreements with residents for photovoltaics and are in the process of signing agreements for solar panels. We are preparing documentation for the tender for both projects, which we would like to announce later this year in order to start installing the equipment in the spring.
The Management Board of the Silesian Voivodeship has approved the results of the Project Evaluation Commission’s work in a competition for Submeasure 4.1.2 Renewable Energy Sources of the Northern Subregion RIT. We received funding in the amount of PLN 4,789,148.20 for solar panels and PLN 4,237,250.00 for photovoltaics.
