As every year, on the eve of All Saints’ Day, representatives of the voivodeship, county, and city paid tribute to the January Uprising Insurgents.
Wreaths and candles were laid on the graves of the fallen by: Deputy Voivode of Silesia Piotr Kołodziejczyk, councilor of the Silesian Voivodeship Board Marta Salwierak, Starosta of Myszkow County Dariusz Lasecki with the Chairman of the County Council Andrzej Jastrzębski, Mayor of Włodzimierz Żak with deputy Iwona Franelak and councilor Zofia Jastrzębska.
Also present were uniformed services with a representative of the Military Recruitment Office in Katowice, the police represented by inspector Michał Chola, and the fire brigade represented by senior firefighter Sebastian Jurczyk. The ceremony was attended by Father Pastor Jacek Garncarek, who said a prayer for the deceased.
