The city will receive 651,379.71 PLN from EU funds for the revitalization of the market in Mrzygłód. The decision to grant the funds was made by the Management Board of the Silesian Voivodeship in Katowice on April 27th of this year.
As part of this investment, the redesign of the northern and southern squares, drainage of the market area, construction of a water supply network and connections to buildings, reconstruction of the road in Rynek Street, reconstruction of the lighting of the northern and southern market squares, and construction of a fountain will be carried out. Small architectural elements will also be installed as part of the investment.
The entire investment is scheduled to be completed no later than October 29, 2011.
