Participatory Budgeting – applications after verification

17 ideas for beautifying or improving life in Myszkow will be subject to voting in the IV edition of the Participatory Budget.
To implement the participatory budget, Myszkow has been divided into 9 districts, with a budget of 150,000 PLN allocated for each district. Applications could be submitted from May 2 to May 25 of this year.
INFORMATION FROM VERIFICATION The Participatory Budget Team, together with the departments of the City Hall, has completed the verification of the submitted projects for implementation in the IV edition of the Participatory Budget in Myszkow. All submitted projects along with their supplements were discussed and verified.
Out of the 17 proposals submitted by the residents of Myszkow, all were positively assessed. In the districts, 5 proposals were submitted in Będusz, 4 in Nowa Wieś, 2 in Centrum, 2 in Mrzygłódka, and 1 each in Ciszówka, Mijaczów Mrzygłód, and Pohulanka. No proposal was submitted in the Podlas district.

There will be no voting in the districts of Mrzygłód, Mijaczów, Pohulanka, and Ciszówka, as the projects will be implemented in 2019. We congratulate the residents of these districts, but we also invite the residents of these districts to vote for other projects in the remaining districts.
MAYOR’S MEETINGS WITH RESIDENTS To discuss the submitted proposals and present the selection procedure, meetings with the Mayor of the City were proposed for the residents of each of the 9 districts.

VOTING Residents of the city of Myszkow have the right to vote. The voting will take place from September 20-26, 2018.
Voting will be done electronically using an interactive form available on the website http://www.twojbudzet.miastomyszkow.pl from any location through standard web browsers.
Voting online is the simplest and quickest way to vote. Just go to the website, select the district you want to vote for, and fill in the appropriate fields on the form.
During the voting period, an additional public place equipped with technical means for voting will be available at the City Hall in Myszkow, 26 Kościuszki Street, during office hours.
Important! You do not have to vote for the district you live in. You can choose any district in Myszkow that you feel connected to, for example, one where you like the project submitted, where you work, study, or spend your free time. However, remember that you can only vote once, indicating only one task. We invite you to participate in the voting. The projects selected for implementation in 2019 are those that receive the highest number of votes in each district, up to the exhaustion of the financial resources allocated for the implementation of the participatory budget in the district.
