The period of reviewing and agreeing on four local spatial development plans has ended, which have received positive agreements and opinions. From September 28th to October 26th, they were made available for public scrutiny.
On October 16th, a public discussion was held regarding the provisions of the draft plans. The discussions were conducted separately for each plan. Comments on the draft plans can be submitted until November 9th, and will be considered within a maximum of 21 days.
The projects cover the following areas:
– streets – Sandłowackiego, Osińska Góra, Prusa, Jana Pawła II, Kochanowskiego. The plan covers an area of 276 hectares,
– areas – Nowa Wieś, Michałów, Mijaczów, and the city center, with boundaries including the administrative border of the Myszków municipality with the Koziegłowy municipality, closed areas of PKP, fragments of Kościuszki and Pułaskiego streets, and the Warta riverbed. The plan covers an area of approximately 343 hectares,
– in the area of Nowa Wieś, boundaries include PKP tracks, and streets: Sandłowackiego, Nowowiejska, Wapienna, Gołębia, and Osińska Góra. The area covers approximately 343 hectares,
– in the Mijaczów area – a fragment of the “Papiernia” area, covering 14.2 hectares.
