Ryszard Mazur, long-time Secretary of the City of Cieszyn, social activist and tourist organizer, has passed away.

The City Hall in Cieszyn has informed about the death of Ryszard Mazur. Since 1970, he was professionally connected with the Cieszyn City Hall, and from 1990 to 2013, he served as the City Secretary.
