The authorities of Gdynia have announced that only residents with a Resident Card and an accompanying person will be allowed to attend the concert celebrating the 100th anniversary of the city. This caused a scandal, as many residents of Gdynia still do not have this card. There are now more people willing to pay just to get into the concert.
