School and kindergarten festivals

On Saturday afternoon, employees of Kindergarten No. 2 anxiously looked up at the sky and despite the weather not cooperating, the mood was quite festive. The fair was moved indoors due to the weather. However, the parents did not disappoint. The opening of the fair was brightened by the presence of Mayor Janusz Romaniuk. Also present was the Head of the Education Department of the City Hall, Krystyna Jasińska.
The fair started with performances by the kindergarten children, showcasing their vocal and dancing abilities. There was also a fashion show presented by them. In addition, there was a raffle with prizes including small and large scooters, as well as a BMX bike. The little cafe with a variety of cakes, sweets, and beverages, including coffee and tea, was very popular. Ice cream, fries, roasted corn, and grilled sausages were also served. The winner of the auction donated the awarded cake to the children. The event was accompanied by music and singing by the YUNIX band. The funds raised from the fair will undoubtedly be reflected in the construction of a new artificial turf playground on the kindergarten premises. The management and teaching staff of Kindergarten No. 2 sincerely thank all the sponsors of the raffle prizes.

The Community of Primary School No. 6 in Myszków organized the seventh Family Fair. Although the weather was not favorable, there was no shortage of participants eager to have fun. After the official welcoming of the guests by the Principal Alicja Waluga, the students entertained the audience with beautifully performed songs. This was just the beginning, as there were plenty of attractions. The group “Nowowsianki” performed folk songs, Sylwia Majchrzak sang contemporary hits, and numerous models presented a collection of wedding and evening dresses from Mrs. Ilona Świerdzy’s salon.
For the spirit, there were songs and dances, and for the body, there were baked goods, hamburgers, waffles, cakes, and beverages. The consumed calories could be burnt off in various sports games, or by jumping on the bouncy castle.
On May 30, 2009, the IX Family Fair took place at Public School No. 1 in Mijaczów. Although the weather was not ideal, the event attracted a large audience. Among the invited guests were the Mayor of Myszków, Janusz Romaniuk, the Head of the Education Department, Krystyna Jasińska, the Deputy Head Jolanta Kempa, and Father Jan Batorski.
Everyone joyfully admired their loved ones who presented themselves in a magnificent artistic program filled with dances and songs. On stage – next to the students of Public School No. 1 – were also students of Gymnasium No. 1. The young artists provided excellent entertainment, with the audience singing along to their hits.
Other attractions prepared by parents also awaited the visitors. They could visit the cafe with homemade treats and excellent coffee, taste grilled delicacies, try burgers, toasties, waffles, or cotton candy. The craft fair created by the students was also very popular.
A football tournament was played on the school field. The best players turned out to be the graduates of the junior high school, who defeated the students of Gymnasium, Primary School, older graduates, parents, and altar boys. The youngest ones enjoyed the bouncy slide, electric cars, and added to their toy collections at the stands.

“Give the child joy and a smile” – this was the motto of the fair at Kindergarten No. 1. The preschoolers danced and sang for their mothers, making their day even more special. The fair program included many interesting proposals, such as a medieval combat show, raffles, or dance games with a DJ.
