On May 10, 2016, the IV round and summary of the spring edition of swimming competitions for primary and junior high schools took place at the Covered Swimming Pool of MOSiR Myszków.
In the final classification of junior high schools, Gymnasium No. 3 took first place with 689 points. Second place was taken by Gymnasium No. 1 with 673 points, and the third place on the podium was taken by Gymnasium No. 5 with 455 points.
In the final classification of primary schools, Primary School No. 3 took first place with a total of 1,406 points. Second place was taken by Primary School No. 1 with 1,276 points, and the third place on the podium was taken by Primary School No. 8 with 403 points.
The winning schools received commemorative diplomas and trophies.
