The County and Commune Harvest Festival 2019.

Last Sunday, on August 25th, the District and Commune Harvest Festival took place. The festivities were traditionally co-organized by the Myszkowski District and the commune hosting the participants of the Harvest Festival. This year, the co-host was the commune of Koziegłowy.
Representatives from Myszków at the Harvest Festival included the Mayor of the City, Włodzimierz Żak, Deputy Mayor Iwona Franelak, and the Chairman of the City Council, Jerzy Woszczyk.
Among those who accepted the invitation from the Starost of Myszków, Piotr Kołodziejczyk, and the Mayor of the commune of Koziegłowy, Jacek Ślęczka, were also, among others, the Member of the European Parliament, Jadwiga Wiśniewska, Member of the Polish Parliament, Mariusz Trepka, Polish Senator, Ryszard Majer, Mayor of the commune and city of Żarki, Klemens Podlejski, Mayor of the commune of Poraj, Katarzyna Kaźmierczak, Director of the District Labor Office, Marek Węgrzynowicz, Chief of the District Police, Marcin Lemański, Chief of the District Fire Service, Sergiusz Wiśniewski, President of the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice, Tomasz Bednarek, Deputy Director of the Silesian Regional Office of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, Dawid Zamora, Deputy Director of the Regional Branch of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund, Krzysztof Sosnowski, Head of the Field Office of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund, Jarosław Jaskólski, members of agricultural circles and organizations, residents and farmers from the commune of Koziegłowy and the Myszkowski District.
The Rural Women’s Circles from the entire district, as they do every year, prepared beautifully decorated harvest wreaths which they presented to the invited guests.
