At Primary School No. 2 in Myszków, a “Green laboratory” was established, thanks to a project of the same name, which was aimed at primary and secondary schools in the Silesian Voivodeship.
The laboratory was created for the needs of natural, biological, ecological, geographical, geological, and chemical-physical sciences.
During the grand opening, students from SP No. 2 presented an ecological performance, after which the invited guests, including the Mayor of Myszków Włodzimierz Żak, Deputy Mayor Iwona Franelak, City Councilor Beata Jakubiec-Bartnik, Head of MZEASiP Marzanna Wieczorek, Deputy Head of MZEASiP Jolanta Kempa, and sponsors who contributed to the establishment of the laboratory, proceeded to cut the symbolic ribbon.
All guests were welcomed by the Director of SP No. 2, Magdalena Zaczkowska, thanking them for coming and their support.
Thanks to the funding received from the WFOŚiGW in Katowice, with the support of the Mayor of the City, teachers, Parents’ Council and sponsors, students can enjoy classes in the new “Green laboratory”.
