The Legal Affairs Committee of the European Parliament has advocated for lifting the immunity of PiS and Suwerenna Polska Members of the Parliament.

The Legal Affairs Committee of the European Parliament has supported the lifting of immunity for Beata Kempa, Patryk Jaki, Beata Mazurek, and Tomasz Poręba – Members of the European Parliament from the Sovereign Poland and PiS. “They want to put us in prison for 3 years (…). We are bothering them too much in the EU,” commented Jaki.
