· The security deposit will be returned immediately after the auction, and the amount paid by the winning bidder will be credited towards the first rent payment, and in case of refusal by that person to conclude the agreement – the security deposit will be forfeited to the Lessor.
· The bidder participating in the auction must not have any outstanding payments to the Municipality of Czarnków.
· The participant in the auction may, within 7 days from the announcement of the auction result, challenge the actions related to the conduct of the auction to the Mayor of the City of Czarnków.
· A person representing a legal entity or another natural person in the auction must present appropriate authorizations.
· The text of this announcement has also been published on notice boards at the City Hall of Czarnków and on the website and in the Public Information Bulletin.
