On Saturday, June 20th, the next City Sports and Recreation Competition for the Mayor of Myszków, Janusz Romaniuk, took place at the Mrzygłód field.
Teams from OSP Smudzówka, Mrzygłód, Nowa Wieś, and Myszków participated in the adult category. Three youth teams represented, MDP Nowa Wieś – a team of boys and girls, and a team of boys from Mrzygłódek. The pouring rain and very slippery grass were additional obstacles that the teams had to overcome with great skill.
Ultimately, after a fierce competition, first place was taken by OSP Smudzówka, second by OSP Mrzygłód, and third by Nowa Wieś. In the youth category, first place went to MDP Nowa Wieś, and second to MDP Mrzygłódek. The girls from Nowa Wieś had an easier task, as there was no competition, securing them first place.
