There will be an expansion of the Power Plant.

The Mazovian Center for Contemporary Art Elektrownia in Radom will be expanded. On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, a notarial deed was signed regarding the purchase of the plot by the Mazovian Regional Government. The plot purchased by the Mazovian Regional Government will allow for the expansion of the Mazovian Center for Contemporary Art Elektrownia in Radom and the opening of the center from the side of Narutowicza Street. Over 3,700 square meters of space will be added. Two new exhibition halls, warehouses, cafes, a parking lot, a cinema, and an educational hall will be created, announces the director of the Mazovian Center for Contemporary Art Elektrownia Włodzimierz Pujanek:
Design works for the expansion of Elektrownia are planned to start in 2024. The total cost can range from 40 to 60 million Polish zlotys.
