SALE OF WOOD ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with resolution No. 824/2023 of the Board of the Grodzisk County dated September 26, 2023, regarding the management of county property in the form of wood obtained from tree cutting in the county roads area, the Grodzisk County Starost informs that there is firewood available for sale: 1. Gross price for wood (including 23% VAT): – hardwood timber – 184.50 PLN gross per m³, – softwood timber – 159.90 PLN gross per m³. 2. According to ordinance No. 46/2023 of the Grodzisk County Starost dated October 17, 2023, regarding the acceptance of the Regulation for managing wood obtained from cutting trees growing in the areas of county roads, one entity may purchase no more than 10 m³ of wood during a calendar year (a smaller quantity is allowed), and the minimum requested amount of wood is 0.5 m³, and in case of requesting a larger amount – it must always be a multiple of half (e.g. 1 m³, 1.5 m³, 2 m³, 2.5 m³, etc.). 3. Deadline for submitting offers – interested parties wishing to purchase wood should submit written gross price offers for purchase with a division into hardwood or softwood and quantity at the Resident Service Office of the County Office in Grodzisk Wielkopolski at ul. Żwirki i Wigury 1, 62-065 Grodzisk Wielkopolski, by August 20, 2026, until 3:00 p.m. in closed envelopes with the inscription “Sale of wood”. Please include the data of the bidder in the offer, such as name, surname, correspondence address, and telephone number. 4. Place and deadline for choosing an offer – the selection of the offer will take place on August 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the County Office in Grodzisk Wielkopolski, at the Department of Investments and County Roads, ul. Rakoniewicka 40 in Grodzisk Wielkopolski, room No. 4. The offer is binding for 30 days. 5. Criteria for choosing an offer – if the demand for purchasing wood resulting from the applications submitted after the publication of this announcement is higher than the amount of wood intended for sale, the decisive factor is the order of receipt of applications starting from the earliest one submitted. 6. Sales conditions: a) the wood intended for sale is located at the Department of Investments and County Roads of the County Office in Grodzisk Wielkopolski, ul. Rakoniewicka 40 in Grodzisk Wielkopolski, b) bidders whose offers are selected will be informed in writing about the selection of their offers, c) the bidder is obliged to pay the price for the wood within 7 days of receiving the information referred to above, d) the ownership title passes to the buyer on the day of full payment of the price, e) from the moment of handing over the wood to the buyer, the risk of its loss passes to the buyer, f) wood collection takes place after payment of the price based on the received invoice, g) the buyer undertakes to load, secure for transport, and transport the wood at their own expense within 7 days from the date of payment of the price – the buyer bears all the costs associated with loading and transporting the wood, and is also responsible for any damages caused during loading and wood transport. 7. Submitting an offer is equivalent to accepting the sales conditions specified in point 6. The Grodzisk Wielkopolski County Office offers a total of 0.5 m³ of softwood for sale.
