The company, founded in 1998, specializes in the construction of warehouse centers. Work has just begun on the creation of a new logistics center near the border with Germany and the Czech Republic.
The MLP Zgorzelec Park Will Cover 50,000 m2
The advantageous location of Zgorzelec in the southwest region of the country translates into future profitability of the investment. The project is located just 6 km from the A4 motorway and 8 km from the German border. The MLP Zgorzelec Park will consist of three facilities, with a total size of over 50,000 square meters. The new investment aims to align with sustainable development trends by implementing renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic installations on the roofs of the buildings.
The Strategic Location of the New Logistics Center
The decision to locate the facilities near the border with Germany and the Czech Republic was not a random choice. It is a well-thought-out and strategically profitable concept for MLP Group’s further development. Along with maintaining global environmental protection standards, the project fully meets the needs of future tenants. One of the company’s declared goals is to achieve climate neutrality by 2026. MLP Group already announces that the newly constructed facilities will be able to boast BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, confirming that all buildings were constructed in accordance with environmental protection procedures.
There Are Already First Tenants
The investment has already attracted its first tenants. One of them is the Auto Partner Group, engaged in the distribution of automotive components. They have been allocated 30,000 square meters of space. The company’s main focus is a B2B electronic sales platform for commercial customers, such as automotive shops and mechanical workshops. The new facilities in Zgorzelec will constitute 30% of the company’s current commercial real estate portfolio. Thanks to this investment, the Auto Partner Group will increase its operating capabilities beyond the borders of Poland.
