Poland, the new leader in business services.

Business service centers have been experiencing significant growth year by year. There are more and more of them in Poland, and the COVID-19 pandemic has only accelerated the pace of their opening. It seems that in the near future, the number of people employed in this sector will significantly increase.

Accounting, HR, IT – what else can be outsourced?

Business process outsourcing particularly applies to the work of accountants, HR department employees, recruiters, marketers, customer service representatives, call centers, and IT. In many cases, it is a much cheaper and more convenient option. Among the many advantages of this type of solution, cost reduction is mentioned, as well as access to specialized services without the need to allocate one’s own capital. The entrepreneur does not have to create and maintain positions.

Trends coming from the West

A similar trend could be observed a few years ago in the United States, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Poles are valued experts, and entrepreneurs from other countries also benefit from their knowledge, talent, and experience. We compete with employees from India, Venezuela, the Philippines, and Brazil. Our main advantage is maintaining a high level of compliance with EU employment standards, digital security, and environmental issues.

Perspectives of growth in the Polish sector

Support from entities providing outsourcing services allows for streamlining daily processes and procedures in companies, as well as accelerating the implementation of digitization tasks. Although there is a slowdown in the Polish economy, business service activity will still continue to develop. The sector is projected to grow by 4.9% this year. It appears that the scope of competencies and offerings of entities will expand to include advanced analytics, technical competencies, and leadership-related topics. These pieces of information are confirmed by the report “The Business Services Sector in Poland 2022” prepared by ABSL, Colliers, Mercer, Randstad, and Randstad Sourceright.
